We carefully selected these underwriters primarily for the unique blend of characteristics they offer in servicing both commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Lawyers Title Insurance Company (Lawyers) provides us with the resource to compete for the large commercial transactions. Lawyers Title Insurance Company recently acquired Commonwealth Title and combine the two into a company call Land America.
