This process includes reviewing plans for compliance with adopted codes, issuing permits which authorize approved work, inspecting construction for compliance with approved plans and adopted codes, and issuing Certificates of Occupancy authorizing a building's use and occupancy.

How to Select a New Home Builder
Colorado
is a wonderful place to live. With all of our sunshine and beautiful
scenery, a lot of people have chosen Colorado to be their home, and
sometimes, their home away from home.
It is no wonder that you
should want a reputable builder to construct your new house. After you
have decided on the type of house you want to build, you should contact
your local builders association to obtain a list of local homebuilders.

Plumbing, mechanical and electrical permits must also be pulled by the contractors doing the work.
