Breckenridge
Breckenridge is known as a world-class ski resort and a thriving mountain town. Recreational amenities abound in the mountains surrounding the town. The town also offers a wonderful recreation center, indoor and outdoor ice skating rinks and the 27-hole Breckenridge Golf Club. Dillon

The historic town of Dillon is nestled along Highway 6, between Lake Dillon and Keystone. As you enter the town, you will recognize modern retail stores and the countys only movie theatres. A town with an interesting past that dates back to the 1880s, Dillon originally sat at the convergence of the Blue, Snake and Ten Mile rivers. In the early 1960s, its residents were forced to move to create a water supply for the city of Denver. The original town site now lies 300 feet below the waters of Lake Dillon. Dillon is also home to a marina and amphitheatre. Dillon offers a wide variety of real estate choices including lake front condos, charming homes and many in-town properties.
Silverthorne
The quiet town of Silverthorne, at the north end of the county, offers affordable lodging, restaurants and recreation options.
